Gulleys, Gutters & Downpipes

Water ingress has been noticed in the North Aisle. The state of hoppers and downpipes has revealed the need for replacement of these onto new lead gulleys. Scaffold is currently erected for the repair of these faults which could not be deferred. This work will cost over £40,000 and the Friends of St George’s has given the Parochial Church Council a loan of £7,000 towards repair costs.
